I'm a little puzzled with the negative reviews here for UK Parts Direct Ltd. Maybe I'm just lucky!
I researched online for a Multi Vehicle Diagnostic Tool and decided on the iCarsoft CR Max.
UK Parts is (one of) the Official iCarsoft Outlet and the Tool was in stock and at a fair price.
I ordered online which was simple enough but needed to call them to confirm a query.
The phone was answered promptly and my query was dealt with courteously and professionally.
The Tool arrived the following day and to date, I’m very pleased with it.
I hope I’m not proved wrong but to date, I can only Highly Recommend these guys!

Terrible customer service dealt with Matt Pearce,
Orders an item using there registration plate check brought up one item.. mechanic said it is incorrect for the vehicle spoke to customer service they disagreed with the mechanic..
tried to get refund no reply to emails. had to use debit card charge back system emails!!

Absolutely despicable and abhorrent customer service.
I purchased a diagnostic device in April 2022. And used it for the first time to try and rest an oil service on my 2016 Evoque.
Ukpartsdirect stated on their website and it was also described on the box the device was supplied within that it would carry out this function.
I made contact with Ukpartsdirect to ask if there was a known issue or advice, and they stated that although the device would carry out that function it was not the case.
They have refused to provide a refund as apparently I've changed something which is NOT the case.
The device was returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Within the case, within the box and the screen protector attached.
So through NO fault of my own, I have been scammed.
The response from UK Parts Direct is a total fabrication of events. This Company sold a product that stated a function was available when it clearly was NOT the case. I'd at no time involved my credit Company as the payment wasn't paid in that way. As for the lies stated in their reply, this most definitely demonstrates how professional a company they are.
Once again avoid like the plague.

Purchased a diagnostic tool from this company on EBay from day one did not,Terrible customer service and support,I car soft diagnostic tool would not load cars or work,So I purchased one for half cost which did more diagnostics and worked great ,worth looking around,Terrible company.

Do not buy an iCarsoft V3.0 for Jaguar Land Rover. I bought one in the hope of reducing garage bills, but it disabled my car and caused a £150 garage bill to put the car right.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a faulty tyre sensor which they said that it would need to come back to go to the manufacturer for testing and once a report comes back they would then resolve the issue if found to be faulty. So they expected me to keep my car off road for all this time. I purchased a new sensor from them and replaced the faulty one and everything works fine again.

Contacted the company to state that the new sensor solved the issue and their response is, send it back for testing still and then if found to be faulty we will resolve the issue for you.

So paying out to buy the new sensor does not prove to them that the old one is faulty. So now I am out of pocket for 2 sensors!

Bought an OBD scanner for Mercedes Benz from ukpartsdirect.com. Unit arrived next day. Faultless process from start to finish. You'll find other suppliers on the web, but their customer support, in my experience, was seriously inadequate. UKPD demonstrated professional, friendly, personal support.... and you can trust these guys.

Ordered icarsoft crv2.0 on tue 1130 am arrived wed 1115, can't fault their service even loaded up the 2 vehicles software I requested.

First time dealing with them. TPMS sensor for my car half the price of dealer. Fitted by our local tyre dealer, pre programmed which OEM are not. I emailed a query about suitability for my car - answered very quickly. Sensor came next day as ordered, fitted and after 20 minutes driving the TPMS system was back to normal.
Excellent service and advice.

However; Important to add that after a few months the sensor now continually gives a low reading. Not a huge problem but on reflection I will stick to OEM products in this area.

Had a problem with my MB V2.0 bought years ago and no longer in warranty. Required new cable which UK parts direct listed online swiftly and delivered in less that 24 hours. Perfect customer service, order pricess and delivery.

Middle of August, middle of France and a fault appeared with the TPMS on our XF. Back to the UK and after tests discovered that two wheel sensors were AFU.
Placed an order for four replacement sensors, Hamaton pre-programmed, Tuesday 22nd September. Sensore arrived Wednesday 23rd. Tyrespot fitted the sensors in less than one hour on Thursday 24th. At 3.30pm I set off along the A690 and picked up the A1(M) at Durham to turn North. Just before Washington, less than ten miles, the dashboard message centre cleared itself and I turned for home.
A great result, and the cost?
sensors 4 X £32.98 = £131.96
fitting £15 per wheel = £60.00
Total = £191.96

I ordered some ABS rings from UK Parts Direct and the package arrived empty. When I contacted them, they said that the items were sent and that it's no longer their problem... As with other reviews, if you don't receive the product or you receive the wrong one, there are no returns and no refunds. UK Parts Direct TAKES NO RESPONSABILITY! STAY CLEAR!

We had problems with an update and needed to reset, the staff talked us through the process step by step. Excellent service

Before I ordered my car scanner I wanted to be sure that the device was both suitable for my car model/year and could provide me with the required data. Suffice to say the team at UK Parts Direct answered all my questions and subsequent points and ensured that the scanner was delivered the next day. I would recommend them to any potential customer

I’ve ordered a iCarsoft CR PRO, advertised for 24 hours delivery, which I paid for!!!! just to be delivered after more than 72 hours. If I’m paying for next day delivery means I NEED IT NEXT DAY !!!! not after 3 days !!!!! Absolutely d********g !!!

Ordered iCarsoft LRV1.0 diagnostic tool Wenesday noon with free delivery - specified 2nd class- and received the following morning at 08.00 hrs.Very well packaged and the tool does exactly what I need it for. Contacted the supplier regarding the necessity to upgrade the software and was given the necessary advice and excellent communication. Supplier and diagnostic tool well recommended and if further items are required would buy from UK Parts without hesitation. De
finately a 5**** rating.

Having ordered the most expensive diagnostic kit you offered, was signed for by your courier and stolen and we have not received the parcel, yet UK Parts Direct is taking no responsibility! We are now having to take to small claims court to recover our money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Website does not specify if in stock, so what was intended as a quick replacement part, will have taken a month and no order update so having to chase. Not impressed.

I got in touch with the company to ask a question about the TPMS Sensor by email. They replied very quickly. I purchased the item, it arrived within 2 days. Fitted the next. Fired up my car... warning light still on !!... drove just under 2 miles and it all reset itself.. fully working.. perfect.. very pleased with the item.. Saved me a fortune from having a dealer fit.... Buy with confidence.

After asking some questions regarding the icarsoft pro, I ordered a unit as I was very impressed with the technical knowledge.
I opted for the free postage option and the unit arrived less than 48 hours later.
Excellent and knowledgeable service, I definitely recommend this company.
