After Adam mis-sold an item on 20/10/21 (the specification was not as described on the phone), he said the company would cover the return postage costs. The manager, Matt, evidently did not want to honour this and after ignoring me, then resorted to lies to avoid the return postage costs, (changing his story and claiming that I had been told to wait for a returns label which is a complete fabrication and not mentioned anywhere in the correspondence - available on request). Matt was frankly condescending and arrogant in handling my polite but persistent emails in trying to obtain what had been promised. Worse yet, he was dishonest and I will not be dealing with them again. Avoid!

Waste of time.
I purchased a set of tpms valves for my R8 from these so called experts. They’ve been fitted for a year and continue to throw up errors on long journeys, when I first contacted them to raise my concerns I was advised they were still learning and there wouldn't be an issue. After a while I contacted them again to advise the fault was still happening. I WAS IGNORED. Both the o.e valves and a set of Autel valves I have on two other sets of wheels perform faultlessly.

Rubbish product and service. avoid and buy Autel valves if you want quality.

It’s taken them 11 months to reply, stating that there’s a problem with my vehicle, I swapped over to my winter wheels a month ago with original Audi sensor and no fault. Module also tested via VCDS and working correctly.

Easy to blame the customers vehicle rather than the poor quality items you supplied.

Matt Pearce, was able to assist me with some very precise requirements. I had an existing diagnostic system but wished to use a different operating system, connection method, and I even had specific selections of maintenance jobs to do on a range of vehicle types.

His advice was the best I have come across in well over a decade. He was very up to date with the available products, the latest changes in manufacturer's specifications and surprisingly he was able to work out what my needs were as an owner of vans and cars but not fully requiring a full blown diagnostic system.

He proved to be a valuable source of advice in a desert of sales mumbo jumbo.

I ordered a new iCarsoft CR V2.0 diagnostic tool which arrived with slight cosmetic damage. The unit worked fine so I decided to keep it but I wasn't pleased with it's overall appearance. It has a small chunk of plastic missing from the front of the textured grip.

This is a small company, an owner and 1 member of staff. The owner deals with all customer facing issues. I bought an iCarsoft CR Pro Plus having checked it would work with my Mercedes Viano 2011 plate with an air suspension issue. I was told by the company owner that it would. It arrived promptly and looks like a great piece of kit if it works with your make and model. But for us, it denied we had air suspension or air con. The company owner did try to come up with some suggestions of what to do, but when they didn't work he said it was our car with an issue preventing it working. He eventually said we could have a refund and directed me to his terms and conditions page - this is where it is a bit troubling - no reference to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding repair, refund, replacement, you have 6 months minimum to raise issues not 30 days, solutions should all be at sellers cost for postage too. I was concerned if I sent the item back he wouldn't respect my rights so I went through Paypal and all is now sorted, but I did pay return postage to make it all happen more quickly. Also, their website doesn't accept any reviews other than 5*, I tried to put some reviews in which have never appeared - so don't go by their site for honesty.
In reply to the company owner's comment below - my Viano has factory fit air suspension and air con - both of which the tool could not detect. The warranty does not include return postage, which Consumer Rights Act does say the seller should pay in certain conditions. I have been asked, by the owner, to remove the owner's name in my review, but many reviews mention it anyway and he doesn't seem to mind his name in those.

I brought the CR Pro Plus from UKpartsdirect at a good price. Although I selected the standard delivery it arrived the next day, less than 24 hours. There was an issue with the SD card in the unit, but a phone call quickly sorted that out. A new card was here the next day and the unit works as it should, it found some codes and cleared them. I used it on a 2017 Jaguar 2.0d. 5* customer service, I would buy from them again.

UKParts Direct were great to deal with. Item arrived promptly as promised. The CR Max is a great piece of kit and feels very well put together and operates really well.
A slight disappointment was the lack of service coverage on my high spec 2019 Ford Focus (Only oil light reset which you can do from the dash) System coverage was good though and the tool will still be very useful for fault tracing. The lifetime updates may improve things in the future, hopefully
Our other car is a 2016 Corsa which was very well covered. Very happy with my purchase overall though.

purchased a multi-system car diagnostic tool MB V2.0 from this company, this is the second diagnostic tool i have used for my other car the previous tool was the multi-system I930, both purchases have been excellent, these tools are the genuine thing and not copies as there are many on the market, i would recommend UK PARTS DIRECT 100% great service
