Jack did a really good job, talked through everything to do with the upgrade and made things super understandable. Went through the cost of the new device, trade in price and more. Highly recommend, great level of customer service delivered.

Visiting the Vodafone store in barnstaple and spoken to the sales assistant ryan I cannot recommend his customer services enough, he has helped with a multitude of issues on my phone and account, with over 50 years of being a Vodafone customer together with his patience dealing with me for over two and a half hours I am astounded by his services, I would give him a 11/10 if I could, sincerely Danielle Hartwright
