Staff on duty in Macclesfield on…
Staff on duty in Macclesfield on Saturday were rude and unhelpful - I went in to pick up a device that I had ordered in person in the shop two days earlier and because i did not take in id in the form of a credit charge i was not allowed to take the item - my daughter went in later to collect it and when she asked about the sim card and some technical advice was told to contact customer service

I am so impressed with Ben at Macclesfield, Vodafone. I have been snowed in and had a message to say I would lose all my data. I had no joy with scam help so came to the shop.
