Came to Vodafone Middlesbrough store for a new phone today, Ewan was fantastic! He got me the new iPhone 17 pro max, with discounts on all my other products including broadband. He is very funny and kind 😊 thanks Ewan! Except from Flies! He hates them.

Our experience with Ewan.
Me and my mam went into vodafone today for a sim upgrade and a phone upgrade, we spoke to Ewan and he was absolutely amazing, so friendly and explained everything in such detail. He showed really good and professional customer service skills. He also made us feel very welcome creating a friendly interaction.

I was so nervous about coming in
I was so nervous about coming in. I had an X phone which has a swollen battery and a phone newly purchased an iPhone 17. Ewan as absolutely above and beyond. He was beyond and brilliant. Put me at ease in the Middlesbrough shop. Very kind and easily to understand. They set up my new phone and found me a family deal. He was amazing. Deserves a raise!

I went into the Vodafone shop at Middlesbrough the assistant name was Ewan after two fail attempts with customer services over the phone. I was advised to go into the Middlesbrough branch. I’m so glad I did. This guy is a credit to your company. He sorted everything out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. What can I say about him? You’re lucky to have a person like that working for you there is not many like him About customer service excellent the way he spoke excellent everything he done for me top notch well done to him. Everyone was very pleasant in the shop.
