She then was incredibly patient while we picked out new contracts for both our phones and then proceeded to move our phone files to the new phones. Couldn't have asked for anything else! Brilliant service.

I had to go into the Vodafone store yesterday evening as my Sim had become blocked, it was nearly closing time but Kye one of the store assistants was really helpful and got my phone working again! He was very polite and professional, a lovely young man!
