So the tank is great the delivery service is not over 7 days for delivery not really good enough as my tank was split and leaking and as it was advertised on website I would of thought it was in stock when I rang I was told it would be a week from manufacturers , so not even held in stock , on a good note price and quality were great hence only 4 stars

so the website is great, offers delivery within a week which is also great. but the communication from them is poor. I ordered a tank to replace mine. no problem found the one I wanted and placed order. got the usual emails confirming everything thought ok, oh and the price was good as well. Then I got an email to say my tank was not going to be available for around 4 weeks not good as i had work planned in. yes they did offer alternatives but none were suitable. I sent a few emails asking for updates on my order but they either were slow to respond or just didnt. The tank did arrive totally out of the blue which is good but sorry guys you need to work on your customer service.
