Very helpful and great service. No high pressure salesperson. From ordering to delivery it was really good.

This was a purchase of some speaker cable. Not a very high end purchase. However the service was great and although an initial delivery date given of 8th Sept the cable was received well before that date. In fact with a few days of order.

Purchased a Yamaha RS202D (Black)
DAB/Bluetooth Stereo Receiver , collected at the Bristol branch.It was faulty, because the Bluetooth and radio tuner was not working.
The Receiver was replaced within a few days, and is working perfectly.

Excellent advice able to test a number of headphones to help decision, and price match honoured. Used Richer Sounds many times and always impressed. Worth the journey rather than buying blind online.

A speedy efficient delivery to the shop and a very friendly welcome from the guy at the counter who explained that although ear buds cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, providing they were unopened in the original packaging a refund was possible. In the event my son loved them and kept them saying they were the best he has ever owned. Good communication from RS staff via email however I was also receiving emails from DPD which was confusing because I wasn't sure if they were being delivered to my house or the shop. Whilst they were delivered to the shop as I requested, emails from both the carrier and RS were misleading and maybe the logistics could be improved. Thank you RS all the same 😃

Not entirely happy really. Firstly, the LG television I bought was delivered too early. I received a text at 6.40am telling me they would arrive in twenty minutes,woke me up as I was asleep in bed like most people at that time. They did arrive at 7am , and were totally unapologetic for being so early. Secondly the tv doesn’t have an optical out port for my soundbar and trying to connect it by Bluetooth is a total nightmare. Perhaps I should have done more research first. Thirdly, I don’t think I got £10 off as a new customer making a purchase of over £100. There was a code but I couldn’t find how to apply it. I ordered online so didn’t deal with any staff members. Not sure if I want to order online for delivery again in case it arrives at another ungodly hour.

A quick online and over the counter service, with good quality equipment and advice.

My Monitor Audio Silver 7G speakers were an ex demo pair, but apart from some small cosmetic issues, they were almost as good as new, and came in all their original packing

It’s their sound quality and stunning manufacturing design that made them a fabulous purchase

The sound and detail, especially in the mid range is breathtaking, and their built to last many years of use

So all in all, I’m a very satisfied and extremely happy customer, and rest assured I will be buying from them in the future

I ordered a G5 LG OLED TV (65”) and meant to order the version with a stand. Due to my own mistake I ordered the version with the wall mount. Richer Sounds could not have been more helpful. They agreed to collect the incorrect TV and exchange it with the correct version. Despite this being my mistake, they did this without any charge whatsoever. They delivered the stand version & collected the wall mount version in the same visit.
