Not Richer as such, but your chosen delivery company DPD didn't show up and sent the TV back to you. We had confirmation from them and you for the delivery date, my wife stayed in all day, nothing showed up. When I called customer service they said DPD had been a disaster all day, - which didn't help us.
We cancelled and brought a TV elsewhere as we needed it. Zero communication from yourselves or DPD.

I had a rough idea what i wanted, but I wasn't 100% sure. I emailed my local shop and Stu replied, helping me with my queries back and forth- he then ordered in the item I was looking to buy to have a look and listen to (a Fiio DM15).
It was there within a day or two, and I was left to try the gear in their listening room- no hassle, no sale pushiness or pressure- just sound advice and help when asked for.
Sure enough, I was impressed with it and was helped with the purchase, even having a VIP discount applied for me though id forgotten about being signed up for it - very helpful indeed.
At the till we were talking about MP3 players and the chaps mentioned a snowsky player they had been impressed with; it was on offer and I picked one up for my wife. Again, there was no sales push, just people who're interested in audio chatting about audio, and in the process, letting the products sell themselves.
I will always buy from RS if they stock what I'm after. Having their local knowledge and facilities allowed me to decide on what I wanted and test it with my own cd's and headphones. They allowed the making of this purchase to be well informed, tested, and right for me. 10/10

Decent website that loads quickly.
Great discounts for members.
Great choice to choose from.
And you can't grumble about the delivery service, it was excellent.
My Samsung is now hung on the wall while I still learn all its features.
