I was looking to upgrade my system with a music streamer. Great help and advise from the staff at the nottingham branch. They recommended a couple options based on the information I gave them and set up a demo session for me.
The demo confirmed an option for me and I purchased a Cambridge CXN100 streamer.
The Streamer is great it was easy to set up mostly, It took a bit of time to get the WiFi to connect but once I had found the online instructions this was quickly set up. (note for Cambridge put connection instructions into the quick guide) the unit performs brilliantly with my existing set up the sound quality is superb. The Cambridge app is easy to use and works really well.
I would definatly recommend the Cambridge unit and the staff at Nottingham as a great source of advise and help.

It took me 5hours and 8 phone calls to get my none working tv problem sorted out.
Which i found very frustrating and very inconvenient.

I made a mistake of Television size, I contacted customer service and asked to exchange for a smaller Television, I spoke with Harry who quickly helped sort things out, for the replacement and uplift of TV's. I cannot thank you for the great service supplied to me, delivery men were respectful in delivering new TV and uplifting the other, absolutely great price, thanks for everything.
