Richard was excellent throughout : knew his stuff; followed up; and was genuinely concerned I had a great experience!

From the moment my daughter and I visited the store in Stockport, everything was just perfect. Welcomed in the store early than opening time just to have a look round, friendly staff with excellent customer service. Ordered my item online a couple of weeks later and had it delivered to store so I could collect at my convenience.
The item in question was an Audio-Technica turntable for her birthday 🎁

My 5 year old TV I bought from Richer Sounds went wrong. It could not be repaired due to its age but I was offered a generous voucher to spend at Richer Sounds. The Bristol staff I spoke to over the phone could not do enough to suggest a replacement and within days I received a new TV and soundbar which are excellent. The final cost was also extremely competitive.

Excellent service, went into the store looking for 24 inch tv for summer house. Was served by Stuart, who couldn’t have been more helpful. They didn’t have the tv in stock, so I arranged to pick it up from the store.
Next day received a phone call saying it was in,
But when I got home and took it out of the box, I realised I should have gotten a 32. So rang up and spoke to the store manager Diego, explained what had happened, was told to bring it back and pick another bigger tv.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Brilliant experience all round.

I made a mistake with my order and although it was quite complicated sorting it out I was impressed with the way all the staff I spoke to were so willing to help. It was certainly a much better experience than I felt I deserved! A special mention to Jeff in Telesales who sorted the perfectly-executed swap and to the tolerant staff at Oxford.

Diego the manager was really informative and helped us make the best choice for our needs . We didn’t feel at all pressured to buy and he gave us a good deal . The items we wanted were in stock and he helped us to put in the car . Diego said if we needed any help at all to just ring the shop and I feel he genuinely meant this .

When deciding to upgrade your HiFi, you can read many magazines, but in the end listening to the options is the only way to make the personal choice. To this end, the Richer Sounds team in Hull, under the guidance of Paul and his team was and obvious choice. In advance of a listening session we discussed options with Paul suggesting speakers which I had initially discounted. I never would have thought that two Amps could have such a different effect on the same speakers. With Pauls patience, having listened to the combinations with various music genres, a choice became apparent. I now look forward to receiving my new hifi in the next few weeks and enjoying hours of music in the future.
