Wonderful service, easy to book, extremely friendly staff. Dropped my car off and headed back to work, they called me once my MOT was complete and I picked up my car with no issues. Extremely efficient.

Overall, a pleasant experience

System cancelled my booking with no apparent reason, I had to call office for the second booking before it was restored. Then I received a message to take my car before 8:30am, got there and was told I was booked for 1:30

Was not informed it would be a minor service.
Did not think it was value for money.
The service garage did a great job though.

I had there advisories checked from a different garage the same day and thay are non existent.

I had no contact from the AA at all on the day of my
M.O.T-Service which was on the 22/10/26.
I found out the next day that the car had failed its MOT.
I received no messages at all informing me what was going on.
I was completely Left in the lurch.
My car didn't come back till the afternoon of the 23/10/26.
I Phoned the garage on that morning.
But they said I had to phone the AA.
After I spoke to some one at the AA I finally had an email.
Giving me the information I needed.
I've received lots of emails today the 24th.
I suppose better late than never.
It was a very stressful experience.
Not to be rushed in to.

Easy to set up MOT and servicing. Garage did a great job. This is the third time I have used this service from the AA. I will definitely be booking my MOT and service through the AA again in the future.

Booking process was precise and service provided was professionally done including a detailed invoice of repairs done as well as advisories on other non urgent repairs needed.

AA ..financial system wouldn’t accept my Santander banking info …they didn’t resolved it & sadly it was a “ me issue “
or my banks issue. This is also the second time this has happened to me & at that time they said they would look further into it but they didn’t ! This time for my car service I had to input into their account system, my daughters bank accnt details … I then had to transfer her the money, but the biggest annoyance is that I entered my daughters bank details in order to get the service booked in … & registered with a banking payment venue & they said that the money will only be taken AFTER the work was done. I issued the pre- info of banking details to secure the appnmnt & my car was booked in on the Monday … for the service being done on the Wednesday … but the payment was taken out of the bank accnt on the Monday as solon as the bank details went in … 3days before the car was booked in … £235 …I did not agree to this ..I agreed to the money being taken AFTER the service. So disappointed in the AA as i have been a loyal on time paying customer for years & they just keep disappointing me ( & don’t get me started on my homestart plan ) that’s made me now throw towel in with them ! 🙄

Great job by these guys on my 2019 Mercedes. They did the MOT and Service and didn’t try to sell me on extra parts that aren’t needed. Will def be using them for my next service and MOT.

Was the simple to book and very stright forward, found someone local that could do it next day great service

Dreadful all round

The garage themselves were great but the AA quote for necessary repairs were high and gave no options.
