Wanted home collection as advertised, after a few days advised this was not available. During service and MOT advised car had a couple of advisory things, but not essential. I declined work. Then received further correspondence saying the items were essential. Called AA advised a mistake made, the work was essential. I approved the work. When I picked up the car I was told by the garage only one of the 2 items was essential and 1 advisory! I therefore approved work I did not need too as I was going to sell the car, great!

The mechanic James was excellent very professional and the main thing was he did an exceptional job of fixing my car could not fault him in anyway.

Communication was absolutely awful and not as promised. Mechanic was over an hour late without apology. Took payment, then cancelled payment then put payment through again over a month after the work (1st September) without notifying me of any problems. Work was completed and would use again because reasonable but disappointing second use.
