Our car was collected and dropped back off following an MOT and Service the same day, due to us becoming new parents this was really ideal for us and we couldn’t recommend enough.

All done with a minimum of fuss. Collected the car, service and MOT completed and necessary work done and then delivered the car back to my home. Very convenient.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, avoid at all costs.
Booked a mobile service on the only day available, they confirmed the booking and sent a booking confirmation email confirming the date booked, an AM booking as requested and the name of the mechanic. They also took the money from our account three days before the service date.
All of this was absolute fantasy on their part as they didn't call or turn up in tha AM at all. It took us four phone calls and lots of time on hold before eventually confirming to us at 5.35pm that they have had a mix up and they will reschedule the service.
Obviously we said no to this and cancelled, now waiting for our money back before we can afford to rebook with another company. There was no apology from the person on the phone, they said they'd cancel it then hung up on us !!
Shocking service from what we thought was a reputable company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

What a great service
What a great service ! My car was picked up/dropped back by two lovely young men ,all the major service done. Paperwork for the MOT was given to me and the following emails confirmed all they had done in the service.Car is running beautifully ,they reprogrammed it to reflect the service .I couldn't be happier.My husband is unwell so I can't leave him so this service saved me getting a sitter in ,booking a hire car via my usual garage and the journey to Tamworth to the garage.Highly recommend this service to anyone .PS ,it was very reasonable ,MOT and a major service far less than my dealer garage

Garage needs to do better
Good from the AA but garage didn't return my car until the next day using some poor excuse about oil and oil filter not arriving on time, IT'S A GARAGE WITH NO OIL OR OIL FILTER "REALLY" but they did bring it back to me by 10am the next day

Rather a bit too Expensive than hopped…
Rather too Expensive…I liked the slight discount for membership bookings but would have preferred it to be £10-off; & then repairs seemed a bit on the steep side…like: £100 for an Alignment&Polish… where in the past the Polish alone has been only £30…
~but other than that the booking-in process was generally efficient & pleasant…

I had a torn seat afterwards. They denied saying that it’s been there before. But I can’t recall having a torn seat. I am disappointed.
