Only given four stars as when my new bike was sent out everything was ok but the usb c lead was missing out the sram box i called spoke to jack who said he would send it out but this morning it came it was a carts eye usb lead not the proper sram lead I expect everything new and complete when I buy a new bike not bit of this and a bit of that andvthe impression I got from jack was it’s only a usb lead you need to get I paid for a new bike not one that’s missing bits sorry Balfes bikes

Amazing experience with Balfe’s Bikes
Amazing experience with Balfe’s Bikes. I needed a new pair of Shokz headphones and purchased from them for the first time because they were cheaper than elsewhere. I’d now go as a first port of call because it was such a smooth transaction, constant updates and delivery much faster than expected. Plus I’m super happy with my new Shokz Pro2 minis.
