Decisive and reassuring
I was attended to by Lisa. A website had listed one of their products at a price with a very good discount.The website I clicked on then redirected me to the bathroom shop where the item was listed at its full price. I messaged the company explaining this and was put through to Lisa who requested I send her a screenshot of the item with it's lower pricing. She showed no hesitation in stating she will honour the lower price I had seen earlier. This was fantastic and decisive customer service.
Wish more companies would behave in such a professional manner. Thankyou Lisa.

Oh not where you live
Ordered over £399 of shower enclosure and tray ok for free delivery oh not where we live ok paid delivery 2 to 5 working days oh no not where we live so still waiting went from big bathroom store to furdeco the tracking number given to me was not a tracking number just a furdeco site then to M and H still waiting.
GLASS UNITS WILL IT ARRIVE INTACT.??? WATCH THIS SPACE.
As a note big bathroom Do not return chatbot enquirys even when an escalated case well not in my case anyway.

Ordered a shower that arrived quickly. Had a small issue with a package and some missing parts, contacted them, and within hours Daisy May had gotten back to me and helped me figure out what was missing and organised replacement parts, that also arrived quickly! Very helpful!
