Very friendly customer service.

Amazing experience from Amanda At the York store. My mother in law was looking at scooters for the first time and Amanda was very helpful helping us decide which one would be best. The whole experience was very pleasant. We would highly recommend the York Store. Thank you.

Just writing review say how good and welcoming Paul made me feel when coming to buy my 1st mobility scooter nothing was to much trouble he even let me a ride scooter out which made the experience even better and also Paul also as so much knowledge and seeing him also with other customers he gives them 100 per cent great service every time I’ve being into store fully recommend coming and buying from here

I went into the Eden shop in Skelmersdale to look at wheelchairs the lady who helped me was very nice and told me what I need to know.i went back Wednesday to buy the wheelchair and was helped by max very helpful I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends

What a lovely person Larna is very efficient and knowledgeable. 5 Stars to her alone if you add in Paul with his 5 Stars you have a real winning combination. On top of those two you add the demonstrator, who came to my home. Another 5 Stars. An absolutely fabulous team. No pressure to buy just the facts. Very very grateful to Eden Mobility. Many thanks.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company.
After receiving the initial order confirmation for a rise and recline chair for my 84 year old mum who has parkinsons I heard nothing at all for a week so was not given a delivery date. I then received a phone call to say a delivery company were outside her house and that she wasn't in. They were wrong- they just hadn't knocked loud enough or waited long enough. Astonishing that a conpany delivering mobility equipment to the elderly wouldn't know to knock loud and wait. They then asked me if I wanted them to dump the chair in the garden. I informed them we had paid for delivery AND fitting; I had been extremely careful to make sure of that when ordering. Again: astonishing that a MOBILITY COMPANY delivering heavy equipment to the elderly would think this was ok. Obviously I told them it wasn't ok to dump it in the garden, so they returned in to their depo as incredibly they don't take these extremely heavy chairs in to the house. I then called Eden mobility numerous times- they have never answered the phone. It goes to an answering service where theyt promise to call you back- but never do. I received one phone call that may have been them (it was arandom number) but the phone only rang 4 times and they didn't bother to leave a message or call back again- they called at a time when I could answer the phone if it was in fact them. They have failed to respond to my emails of complaint and eventually my mother got through to them herself and instead of sorting their pathetic customer service they just refunded the money leaving my mother without the chair she so desperately needs. Simply incredible that a mobility company would be so terrible at catering to the elderly and infirm. They should be ashamed of themselves

wanted a rise /recliner chair been on the net looking for prices.to much hassle.with forms, called in at eden mobility Mansfield branch guy there could not have been more helpful bought one there and then.thank you Paul.

Had a great chat with Diane today at your Barnsley Branch. We were looking for a wheelchair for my wife. Diane showed us different models and how to use them. Really knowledgeable. We were there for a good 2 hours. We did buy 1 in the end too.
I would definitely recommend a visit if you need a good mobility shop.

From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately put my mother at ease.Riley was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my mother's specific needs, carefully explaining how different chairs worked without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Fantastic service all round lovely scooter and got to applaud the after sales service from the shop at Scarborough and Jason who came out to sort what I thought to be a bug, but was a safety feature and all round 5 star service thankyou Eden.
