Fantastic. I had a limited small budget to spend and not sure if the Richer Sounds was the right place to go to. The salesman Bowie took time to guide me in my price range without trying to make me overspend. The time Bower took for me you would think I was buying a £15000.00 system. Bowie you were so knowledgeable and guided so well with my budget. No doubt about it. If you want the best you can afford then go to Richer Sounds. It’s the only place I will go to in the future

I bought Sennheiser cordless headphones at the MK branch at 11.11 am on Friday 31 July. They were not in stock so I expected standard delivery (free p&p) would take a few days. They arrived the next day (Saturday).
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.

Really good experience from beginning to end. Tony at the Nottingham branch gave me the best price available for our new TV. He checked that the bracket that I intended to buy was appropriate. Delivery was arranged for free for the next day. I took our old TV into the store for recycling, or charity donation. Tony helped get it out of the car & into the store. The whole experience was top notch. I called the Guildford store and Roland helped me purchase the LG G-series 65" OLED Evo 4K wall mounted version with the LG US70TR soundbar. Roland was super helpful, and recommended an installer they have used for many years - Ben. The installation process was excellent and Ben set everything up including the soundbar. The TV is outstanding and we are super pleased with the soundbar and speakers. Great service from start to finish and a great deal all round.

Great service always, and it's great to know when you realise you are talking to experienced technicians. I have always liked to walk in to collect rather than get it delivered, as it gives me a chance to know more about my item.

Item arrived the next day, pristine, and very good price. Received roughly a thousand emails asking me to rate my experience, by which time I'd forgotten what I had bought and had to search my own receipts to figure it out.

This is an excellent amplifier but for music lovers, like myself, not deeply knowledgeable technically (the amp I replaced was 37 years old), be aware that this amplifier may need an accompanying phono pre-amp. I was not advised of this at the time of purchase so when I set up the new amp, I was frustrated when I got no sound from my records. I found out about the pre-amp issue by accessing the manufacturer's online manual.
Fortunately I had recently purchased from the Glasgow store a turntable so when I called to ask about pre-amps a few days later, Charlie was able to refer to my previous purchases and thus advise me to switch the RIAA oon my turntable to ON which resolved the problem. Charlie was very helpful and patient when both discussing the matter and guiding me to a satisfactory outcome. The overall rating would have been a 5 but for the initial frustration I experienced from the phono pre-amp issue, which could have been discussed at the time of purchase, considering its importance.

Prices comparative with most other Hi-Fi retailers but this was the only one that offered Blue Light Discount. Prompt updates on progress of order. Dispatch confirmation confusing as it appeared deliver would be to home address not shop. Notified when delivered to shop. Arrived to collect just before opening hours (after first phoning to confirm collection) First member of staff refused entry as not opening time. Second member of staff much more pleasant and helpful.
