Terrific advice and help from a cheerful team who listened to my story and my needs and advised across a spectrum so that I could choose. Helped me achieve fabulous sound on a medium budget. I am extremely pleased with my purchase but also with the support I had while agonizing!
And none of this conducted online! Face to face discussions and patience despite a shop full of people.
I was directed to them by a professional in the field and thus felt the nervousness an amateur. Not an issue!

In store service was excellent, competent people. Unfortunately the CD player was delivered damaged, nothing to do with the delivery company, the box was fine.

As always. The Cheltenham shop was very helpful in the purchase of my new Sony TV from the ordering to the delivery. The staff at the shop gave me all the help i needed when choosing the right TV for me.

The telephone service was excellent but i found it strange that i could not order the product online myself. Staff are excellent, system seems to miss an opportunity.

Our old TV, a 44inch Sony was bought from Currys who gave no help or explanation with the set up and seemed anxious to get out of our home as quickly as possible. Contrast the service from Richer Sounds who explained the advantages of OLED and their installer was not time pressed and explained all the controls and got us to use them before he left. Further he tidied up after the job and put everything back in place. He couldn't have done better

I had a great experience when buying a new turntable and speakers. Simon and the staff are very knowledgeable. I explained exactly what set up I had and how I wanted to integrate the new system, they talked me through exactly what I had to do and provided me with all the cables and made the install I done very easy. I did run into a bit of a hiccup but I called them and they went over everything with me until we found the problem and got it resolved. Very helpful and they didn't rush me. When I'm ready to upgrade I definitely won't be going anywhere else.
