I had to go to the 3 network shop in…
I had to go to the 3 network shop in the Luton town shopping centre to switch my home broadband from VODAFONE to 3 network. I was greeted by a guy by the name of ARIM He directed me to a lady by the name of AYSHA. Between the two of them and the occasional help from a guy called MUHAMMAD. They completed the online application form and gave me the " Home Broadband Hub" to take home to plug it in to receive their services. I have to emphasise that all three shop assistants were very helpful and efficient and above all, they were very polite and courteous.

I had a great problem with mobile date…
I had a great problem with mobile date not connecting when i was out.
It became a serious issue as I couldn't call anyone.
Ayesha was extremely friendly and quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem. This was done quickly and effectively leaving a peace of mind with the customer service and contract agreement.
