I was not sure what cartridge to buy to fit our Denon turntable. Jay took time to explain what was available and how they would sound. On his advice I purchased 2 Ortofon Blue ( one was a gift). Fast delivery handled with care and on time

My first contact was via phone with my fairly long list of questions about the latest FreeSat recorder boxes patiently answered - and this was on a Sunday afternoon. They were very helpful and having decided to go ahead and buy one, they sent me a link to pay online and I was able to drive to their shop in Brighton to collect it. Being able to buy and collect on a Sunday was a bonus as I was able to park behind the shop, in one of the 'pay at meter' parking spaces.

I was served by Joel who was very polite and new what he was talking about and the delivery was when he said
If all people were as polite as him behind the counter i would go shopping more often
