My requirements were listened to,questions asked to clarify what I was looking for and my price range. I was then offered various options that met my criteria and the differences explained in a clear way.
The tv I wanted was not in the warehouse, but one was in the shop and the staff went out of their way to deliver to me on the same day!!

I had to return an item, my fault as the support and advice I got was spot on. Refunded, no hassle. Reminded me Richer Sounds are the experts in sound and vision by a country mile!

Great products and world class customer service!

The advice was excellent. Sadly they provided the wrong television and bracket to the fitter. He had to repack and travel back to the shop on two occasions. This increased my bill for his time which was very frustrating. Equally I was without a tv at my new house for 8 days having spent something over £2000 pounds

Excellent service over the telephone from Lars at the Edinburgh store. Very helpful, patient and offered great advice. Received my products , a Marantz CD player and JBL Bluetooth speaker and I’m delighted with them. Used Richer Sounds a few times and they’ve never let me down.

Needed a replacement TV after ours decided it didn’t want to work anymore. We looked around for an LG model and found it available at Richer Sounds, who price matched and also knocked a further £10 off.

The TV was delivered to store the following day and was collected. Upon get the TV home I noticed it was damaged beyond repair straight out of the box. 1 phone call and an email later and a new set was already being dispatched for home delivery the following day.

The following day DPD delivered the replacement tv and collected the damaged set. Upon taking the new tv out of the underaged box and setting it up, again I noticed it was damaged with the smallest of marks on the side of the panel and a broken display. Again, a quick phone call and email and a replacement TV was dispatched for next day delivery.

The following day the replacement set was delivered and thankfully this one was perfect.

Really can’t fault the customer service of the staff at Richer Sounds Hanley. They sorted out several issues without any fuss or quibble. Would highly recommend them and will definitely returning when we need further audio/visual products. Thank you Leigh, Alex and the rest of the team that were on hand to help.

delivery of the samsung s90f 65 in and sound system was on schedule. the setup was straight forward for my son in law who is very good with tech. the picture quality is incredible and along with the sound just blew us away. thank you richer sounds.

Stumbled across some speaker covers for my now discontinued Naim Muso Qb2.
Only £10 each, all the colours. My speaker is in the kitchen so susceptible to getting dirty, now I have some spares.
Delivery was by DPD, so fast and reliable.
