Very good customer service appropriate information given and no sales pressure. We called in late Sunday just before closing but we were not rushed at all we returned later in the week to make the purchase and again excellent customer service.

As always with Richer Sounds, I received top service from Jason at Leicester branch when buying some Sonos products. He price matched some expensive gear no problem and arranged delivery very promptly, all safely packaged up.

The advisor who served us was great. He let us browse and didn't pressure us. We left the shop and came back later and asked to buy some speakers but he advised us to buy something else which turned out to be perfect for us. Customer service at it's best!
