Great bunch of staff, interested in the products - who like "doing" what they do.

Have bought lots of stuff over the years and always found the team very helpful and they give sound advice I was buying some Sonos speakers and they advised what I needed and how to set them up.

I had been eyeing up the Pure Evoke Home for a while and saw a fantastic deal on Richer Sounds, so I took the plunge and ordered. Very easy process. Signing up for VIP also gave me an extra discount too! Even though I chose standard delivery, it was delivered the very next day which was brilliant. The radio itself is amazing, such brilliant sound for a small piece of kit, very loud! It's lovely to be able to play CDs again. I will definitely be buying any future tech from Richer Sounds - very happy indeed!

Yes even though your staff are knowledgeable on products but I feel that they could have advised me further on the products that I need, they seemed clueless on what I really needed.

Ordered a new TV from richer sounds due to accidental damage. Customer services were great. Richer Sounds own couriers were excellent. Thank you to Gareth and Mark for their timely efficient delivery.

Fast delivery easy to navigate website

Went in to get some decent RCA leads, for which they couldn’t find the one I wanted, but then I spotted it on display and they were happy to sell that one to me. Nice and flexible.

Really helpful, patient, thoughtful staff. They listened to what I was hoping to achieve, made suggestions that improved it, rang other stores to source a rare product and were utterly friendly throughout. I had to wait to be served because an elderly couple were receiving the exact same care and patient attention. This was shopping as it ought to be. Thank you!

As ever, the staff (Levi in particular!) were welcoming, helpful and ready to put themselves out. I wouldn’t buy HFi anywhere else.

TV arrived very promptly. Just as described and at a good price.Our first delivery from Richer Sounds online though we had bought in the local store before. Highly recommend them however the purchase is made.

Buying was straight forward from the website, although I would have liked to have supported my local dealer but they didn’t get back to me in time,

Delivery however was in part bad.

The two chaps that actually delivered were polite and efficient, but the process was most annoying.
I had paid for delivery, specified a day/date and expected to hear nothing more until the day of delivery.
What I got were confusing text messages and emails which in part made me believe the item would not be delivered.
After taking the day off work this was annoying.
The email asked me to confirm I still wanted delivery! Quite why I wouldn’t and not contact if this were so I don’t know, I tried to confirm this (using their ‘bot chat’)but this kept asking me for a delivery or consignment number that started with the letter ‘M’ NONE of the ones I had started with a letter M so it wouldn’t accept or let me go further, by this time as the delivery was to be the following day, I was starting to worry a; I was going to have to cancel and buy from elsewhere & b; I’d wasted a days leave for nothing, this meant I had to call and sure enough, they wanted to confirm I wanted the delivery to go ahead….Ridiculous!
I would consider changing couriers, I for one, would not consider buying again from here if the delivery was by the same people.
