Great advice

Made a telephone purchase ,staff member very helpfull. Confirmed delivery date all good. TV arrived on time i was given realy pleased with the service and the TV.

Fantastic customer service, very helpful on the phone. got the best deal for me for the TV and bracket, and when I picked up the TV even helped me carry the TV to the car, which was a little distance away. very much appreciated.

Initially visited the store as had an idea of which TV I wanted. Following some very helpful advice (without the hard-sell) from Sebastian, I chose an upgrade but far better value for money.
Upon collecting it from the store later that week, I was again met by courteous staff who took on the heavy lifting in placing the TV into my vehicle. Superb service from star to finish.

I had a great experience at the store and in communication with the telesales team. I wanted to listen to a particular speaker. I was able to bring my existing amplifier to the store, where the very helpful team (thank you Alex) set me up and was super patient with me while I "test drive" it. Delivery was free and speakers arrived in 2 days. I will return for any additional needs to this store.

I needed a 24 inch bluetooth tv, to connect wirelessly to headphones and was told that the product was suitable. In fact on delivery it is not bluetooth enabled as advised and required a bluetooth dongle (at extra cost). Not happy
