Very helpful staff even helped me find my tyre pressures on line in the store. Very friendly all the staff no one was very pushy which is nice.

It was a relaxing time been able to just check which suit best suited my needs without any pressure the service I received was really good and I am looking forward to for to having this in my living room

Ordered recliner corner sofa 13th March. Excellent service in the store.
Delivery date arranged, friendly delivery drivers.
I was working from home when the sofas were delivered, hence not trying the recliner while they were here.
Within an hour of being delivered i contacted customer service as the recliner does not work.
I was advise i need to complete an online form and add photos to request the recliner to be fixed.
Obviously i was not happy as i thought someone would be sent straight back out, was advised on the phone could take a week or two .
Having issues doing the online form to request being fixed so i went to the store, was assisted in filling out the form.
Heard nothing at all all day.
I am unbelievably disappointed, customer service is non existent.

Notifications of arrival of sofa were regular and accurate. Friendly delivery drivers who worked quickly and efficiently to unpack, put together the sofa and clear away the packaging.

Although later than originally said, was kept informed of delays regularly. Operatives were efficient and courteous and set up was easily carried out by them.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful without being pushy. Welcomed us to the store, explained the layout and options regardind materials available. Then left us to look around the store at our own pace but we're available and helpful when we had questions. When we decided on a style Debbie went through all the options and pricing which she provided by e-mail to enabled us to go home and discuss whether the sofas would suit and fit into our room. When we went back to store to place an order we were again listened to and at no time were we put under any pressure.

Good customer service at the store. The wait time (about 4 months) was worth the wait. The delivery men were very helpful, made sure the settee was in place, plugged in and working. Told us any problems "get in touch". Couldn't do enough making sure we were satisfied customers, which we are.

My son and I were extremely happy to visit the store in Warrington. We were greeted by Carla who we had met with previously. She immediately escorted us to the sofa we had almost decided upon. Then she asked if we would like a beverage or water of which we were grateful. After a short while Carla gave us all her knowledge about the sofa and chairs, which was quite a lot and confirmed my decision to proceed with the order. Carla was extremely polite,happy and smiley and couldn't have been more helpful. She is a credit to your company. Linda Wignall.

Everything was excellent from the very beginning. Great customer service in store with helping to choose my sofa and colour scheme. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Delivery men were were also excellent and friendly.
