The experience from the shop until delivery was exceptional. We are thrilled with our new sofa abd the delivery men were efficient.

We were greeted at the door in a very friendly way, Abdul explained where things were and asked what we were looking for. He continued to give his expert advice in a way the wasn’t over powering or to feel pressured, excellent service from Abdul thank you very much.

I ordered my sofa which I waited months for. When ordering I specifically asked the man taking the order several times that I didn’t want black feet on the sofa and could these be replaced with wooden ones. The man in the shop said no problem. when he gave me the paperwork I said”it’s says black feet.
He’s said not to worry as it’s on his notes.
My sofa has since been delivered and low and behold it has black feet. I explained to the delivery drivers who fed it back.
I then received an answer phone message saying the feet thats on my sofa (black) cannot be changed as this was what was on the order.
Very poor customer service and I am now left with a Safa with black deer when all my other furniture is wooden. Not happy

The friendly staff were very efficient and made sure everything was how I wanted it.
The only thing I would say is the email sent for delivery spot could be better. Instead of saying 7am - 12am it would be better to say maybe 7am - 10am etc. That way every person expecting a morning delivery would not have to get up so early. I say again, the delivery was perfect. Also the staff at the store were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service and customer experience. The delivery team were efficient, friendly and considerate of my home. They delivered earlier than originally stated which was great, took care not to bump or damage my sofa or any part in my home, and set up the sofa so quickly. Very pleased with my new sofa, it looks so lovely in my living room and so well built.

The only downside was that we had to take a second trip as the computer had moved from one product to another before he had a chance to notice.

Delivery slot was given and I was able to track easily.They arrived earlier than I thought and were very professional.Put the sofa together, cleared up and took away the cardboard packaging and explained everything they needed to very well.Excellent service throughout.Would recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa.
