Great service from Leon when looking to buy a frame and have it built up with my own wheels and groupset. He listened to what I wanted, looked into the options available. He made suggestions to suit my budget and then arranged a bike fit and the build/handover. I would use Sigma sport again.

Dreadful returns process - I understand partially due to 'system changeover' but the inclusion of an invisible check box regarding attaching labels to boxes ( !! ) Chat function - sub optimal ( expect 15 minute process - short-circuit by asking for a 'Human ' but he Human beings involved were charming

First class service and advice - staff ordered in a pair of cycling shoes to try, and it was no problem to change to an in-stock shoe. Staff very helpful and as they are cyclists, give impartial advice. Very pleased!

Great Service
My latest order stood out for a number of reasons, Sigma had all the items in stock, they were well priced with substantial discounts and prices matched everything else I could find, and once I put the order in it was picked over a bank holiday weekend and sent with almost zero delay. I've had a few other purchases with Sigma and they've all been good experiences; the one or two times I've returned stuff it's been pretty smooth as well. They seem like a company with a passion for bikes and cycling and have a great attitude to customers.
