Excellent Customer Service at Sigma Sports

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Sigma Sports for the excellent service and support I received.

A special thank you to Neal, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the right bike that properly suits my requirements. I was particularly impressed that everything I had requested during my previous visit was taken care of and completed as promised.

I would also like to recognise Marc for his excellent assistance. He was very helpful, accommodating, and made sure that everything I needed was properly addressed.

In fact, all the staff I encountered at Sigma Sports were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. The level of customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring.

I am extremely happy with my experience and very pleased that I chose Sigma Sports. It is a fantastic company with a great team who clearly care about their customers.

Simple to order, good information, arrived on time just before the Kielder Triple. Made a massive difference on that ride too getting the gravel version, there's much more padding!

It all worked really well. I went online and wasn’t sure whether to pick large or medium. I phoned the Wilmslow store and they said to reserve both, pay a 10% deposit, try on when they arrived in store and then just pay for the one I wanted. They arrived early, and it all worked efficiently. I am pleased with the packable Castelli rain jacket I bought

them online and they arrived a few days later

Salvo is the best example of Customer service you could have.
He deserves a pay rise or bonus as he is the reason I will come back to Sigma Sports again.
Salvo went above and beyond to accommodate my availability, and was very clear in his explanation of the work he was doing for me throughout.
I believe I received the premium service I was paying for.
I cannot speak highly enough of Salvo, he is exceptional.

Quick delivery and all items arrived as expected

Always a great service and great range of products. Not always the quickest compared to e.g. Amazon, but sticks to delivery schedule quoted at time of purchase so can't complain.

The staff here are brilliant, so helpful, and really kind. Great shop to look around too, and designated parking right outside.
