Very easy and simple instructions to buy a new mattress. Have bought all my back care mattresses from Bensons and they have always been comfortable and durable. Made affordable with the option of interest free credit.

Staff at the shop were very friendly, no pressure to buy anything, when we did buy it was simple and easy, delivery was great, phone call before and they took there shoes off which I didn’t expect, friendly delivery drivers and efficient.

We were greeted as we entered the store, we said what we were looking for and were offered to try the appropriate mattresses within our price range. Ben talked us through the different mattresses and pillows until we found one we were happy with.

Very friendly and helpful sales staff in the store. This was followed up with regular updates on my order. Prompt delivery with a message and call on the day to notify me of it's imminent arrival. Delivery team were very helpful and obliging. Lovely to deal with a company that prides itself on a good customer experience.

Absolute shocking customer service who lie about giving you a call back and never do over last couple of weeks keep promising they will call back in a hour to resolve my issue but fail to do so. Stick me on hold till I get cut-off. Failed to deliver my mattress and now messing me about with my refund! Spend £2300 on a mattress and this is how they treat you! When it comes to buying they instantly return your call! Very disappointed with the way I've been treated!

The website was easy to navigate. Upon ordering I was kept updated throughout. The delivery team called 30 minutes beforehand, arrived on time, took the item upstairs and were courteous the whole time. The item arrived in great condition

We enquired about a bed in February of this year, being aware that we would not be ready for delivery until possibly June. This was not a problem for John at the Crewe shop, he took us on a full tour of the shop allowing us along the way to make up own minds as we went along. It was July when we were ready for delivery, John had an offer which he applied and 3 days ago we took delivery. The guys who delivered the bed were quick, efficient and very polite taking all the packaging away too. We have had 3 nights of very comfortable sleep, thank you.

We have been very impressed by Bensons from start to finish. Richard in the Harrogate store has exceptional customer service and went out of his way to look after us with our recent order. He did everything he said he would including keeping us informed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient too.
Bensons as a company seems to have upped its game since we last shopped there in all respects (instore, online and delivery) including communications.
