Great choice and good discounts. Website and ordering very consumer friendly. Purchased bed base and mattress. Received regular updates on progress. Received 2 hr delivery slot 48 hrs prior to delivery so we could prepare. App to track, driver called 30 mins prior to delivery. Team were punctual, courteous, handled items with care and treated property with respect. Very pleased with quality of purchase, well packaged, good quality and very comfortable. Highly recommend Bensons

I went to your Barnsley branch for a look and Angie was so helpful I have M/S and she made sure the bed I bought was suitable for me.

I've just submitted another negative review for one of Bensons for Beds competitors (with a name starting with a D) and what a completely and positive difference it was with Bensons.I'm just gutted I didn't order the beds with them as well (purely down to them not being the specific design I wanted at the time).

Item ordered online at a substantially better price than competitors could offer, delivered exactly on time when solid communication from both Bensons and the delivery company throughout. Item was also exactly as described.

Can't fault them and would happily use Bensons again on the future. Thank you.

Drivers were so helpful and it didn’t take long to take old mattress and bring new one in.

The whole experience of buying a new mattress was very good. We had discussed having a new mattress and happened to pass Benson while in a town nearish to where we live. The sales guy was very helpful. We tried various types of mattress, going back and forth several times before choosing what we wanted.

After completing the paperwork, we were contacted several times with updates on the progress of our order.

The day before delivery day, we were contacted by phone to confirm the time slot we had been allocated. On the day itself, we were able to track the delivery truck, and the driver contacted us around 30 minutes before they turned up at our door. Both guys were incredibly helpful in removing our old mattress, and installing the new one. They were fast, and very professional, at the same time being friendly and chatty.

Definitely not the cheapest providers on the market, but they offered an excellent service and great communication.

Staff were very helpful. Very good knowledge about the products available. Overall experience was excellent.

What an amazing experience and it was made especially easy by the sales team explaining everything I needed to know about the mattress the bad care product about turning the mattress every month or so and just having a better understanding of what I was buying thanks to the sales team

Our new bed is very comfortable, we ordered our bed from the showroom in Inverness & the staff were so helpful, when the bed was delivered the two guys Steven & Wullie were just so good & assembled our new bed in no time. To be honest the whole thing from placing the order to having the bed delivered was an excellent. 10/10

So good to know approximate time of delivery. Delivery was totally trouble free with very friendly and pleasant drivers delivering. Bed base assembled quickly and any questions answered well. Excellent and cannot speak highly enough of such a great service.
