My wife and I went into the shop ‘just to have a look’ before deciding about a new mattress. The assistant (Carol) welcomed us and offered us a trial on the adjustable bed setup to at least allow us to feel the different firmness/softness of mattresses. Having tried out the various levels of firmness, we thought that we might as well continue en route to buying a mattress. We were than allowed to try various mattresses of the appropriate firmness (Carol even getting a firm pillow to suit me) and we finally made up our minds about which purchase to make. The whole process took time and all our questions were answered before we finally signed on the dotted line. It took over an hour but it was time well spent and I have no doubt my wife and I will sleep well and happily for many years to come.

Laura helped us find what we wanted/needed. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We had a great experience, and are very excited to get our new bed!

I had a great experience with Bensons for Beds from start to finish .The customer service was excellent 😊 the mattress is fantastic 🤩 and the delivery service was perfect. The delivery team was friendly, professional and carried the heavy mattress upstairs with care .Everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with my purchase I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Patient staff who took the time to explain options. It was easy to change the delivery dates when the flooring was delayed. Delivery was very smooth with updates on time of delivery and the delivery men were good with putting the beds together on a very hot day.

Ottoman damaged on arrival and headboard did not even arrive. No explanation given. All had to be reordered leading to another delay. Having spent nearly £4,000 in total with mattress extremely aggrieved at service between ordering and delivery

Bensons for Beds, Witney branch, was an excellent choice for our new mattress. The staff were not only friendly and helpful but knew all about the products that they were selling. Will definitely go there for our next purchase.

Made buying a bed easy,staff very professional in what they do,delivered on time again very professionally really pleasant guys. Just wish I'd paid to have it made up.

Bed is fantastic but they have delivered the wrong mattress. I now have to wait for a suitable delivery time which is a month for them to correct it!!! We can’t use the other mattress as it’s but the right size.
But disappointed they could not correct it sooner rather r go out if their way to do this as I cannot now use the bed until it’s redelivered.

Great choice and good discounts. Website and ordering very consumer friendly. Purchased bed base and mattress. Received regular updates on progress. Received 2 hr delivery slot 48 hrs prior to delivery so we could prepare. App to track, driver called 30 mins prior to delivery. Team were punctual, courteous, handled items with care and treated property with respect. Very pleased with quality of purchase, well packaged, good quality and very comfortable.
