I have been trying to contact this company for three days now, waiting 30 minutes each time last week, being told I was 12th in the queue, the number didn’t decrease, so I disconnected the call on each three occasions.
This morning at 8.00am prompt, I called and was told I was next in line. I was then held for 1 hour and 40 minutes!! and had to disconnect the call after this time, as I had an appointment elsewhere to attend.
Extremely frustrating 😢

I was referred via my GP after optician sight test. All text information clear and concise, and after 2 appointments in 5 weeks, I am really happy with the friendliness of staff, and explanation of my eye condition and the way forward with 6 monthly appointments. I cannot fault the customer service, appointments have run on time - so pleased my eyecare is in the hands of HealthHarmonie in Huthwaite.

I have been discharged despite not having a clear understanding of my test results or the next steps. My notes have not been written down correctly despite having a discussion regarding surgery. I have had to chase all appointments and results at every stage.

I was told that this company was being used to help the NHS with backlogs. After a poor appointment I needed to call their office. I was told I was 18th in the queue, after hanging on for 20 minutes the line went dead. Service twice as bad as the NHS.

Avoid. They will not take a NHS patient with a more complicated case. The staff will not be interested in you, unless you insist for an actual consultation, for which you were asked to come. Disregarded. You will be lied saying that the rules don't allow it, despite the same thing can be done in private. Cash of money for a GP refferal. Awful. Time lost for nothing.

From 3 appointments Im afraid my experiences have all been very poor. Lack of interest at the start and no explanations or advice thereafter. In addition and to top it off, an appointment made for a biopsy which should have been for light treatment. The appointment has been rearranged albeit meaning a further two week delay in receiving the nesseccery treatment. I have to say all of this doesn't exactly instill confidence in the professional competency of the service at all.

Absolute rubbish service!
They booked me an eye appointment after a year which was unsuitable and then messaged me to say I need to rearrange within 48 hours or they will discharge me! I have been waiting for a call back for 2 days now, I even waited 50 mins on hold and when I was 1st in queue they hung up on me!! What service is this?! No wonder the NHS is in a mess as they outsource services to such clowns!

I had a gynaecology appointment,I cannot fault the doctor and the nurses, they all been brilliant during the procedure I’ve undertaken. I just need to leave a bad feedback on one of the services, where I was supposed to be called before to be told I need to take strong painkillers before this particular procedure ( the nurse has asked me if I have received a call for this which I didn’t). This would of avoided the fact I was in so much pain after, I have fainted in the car from the pain ( luckily I wasn’t driving), and my husband and my son witnessed this and called an ambulance in the middle of a busy road as I wasn’t coming around.

I think they would rather I was dead so they don’t need to help me, I try so hard to get through but stuck in queue for hours, I email with no response, horrendous human beings! The doctor I see is fantastic but even mentioning her name as she said to does not get a response! Can’t believe people are allowed to work in this capacity when they care so little

Diabolical system when needing to change an appointment. 16th in the queue…..eventually gave up and put the phone down after an hour and a half.
Maybe consider an online alternative……just a thought in this modern age when you clearly cannot staff your call centre.
Guess it will end up being a no show judging by other comments about how your call centre does not process any calls.

Seen 3 times , 1st time told information would go to Royal Stoke, not so, 2nd appointment at another clinic, told urgent it is a carcinoma, needs removing. 3rd appointment back at 1st clinic , told they could not remove it as it needs to have a skin graft, needs to be done at Royal Stoke as I was told by the 1st person I saw!!! NOT happy!!! How long do I have to wait now. No chance of speaking to anyone by phone , as waiting times are hours long, and ring backs don’t happen.

Avoid at all cost, they did a partial biopsy instead of full, they took weeks to tell me it was malignant melanoma, after the biopsy my site got infected they did not answer the phone, or give me any post wound care advise, I got bad infection and the site didn't heal, they also didn't send the refferal to christies I had to chase them, I put a complaint in and they ate put of there own response time DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET

Just been for an appointment for removal of a BCC from my face, only to be told the operation could not go ahead because there was no photograph of my shoulder. I explained the BCC was on my face. No photograph of that also. That was bad enough but this is the second time this was a rearranged appointment because photos could not be found on that occasion also. This has also happened before. To get one small BCC removed I will have travelled over 100 miles providing the operation goes ahead next time.
24.2.26 Been again to an arranged appointment for removal of a small facial bcc only to be told that the appointment was for examination not surgery! But things are getting better, they have found the photographs that were taken in December ‘25. Now waiting for another appointment for surgery.

I was phoned on the evening of the 11th February saying they had a dermotology cancellation at Penkridge HH for the next morning at 8.50. Turned up only to find the clinic closed for refurbishment. Tried phoning only to be cut of on numerous occasions. Also emailed, no reply. How can head office not know clinic is closed?

Dr Malik, Dr Luca and Dr Zafiena were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable, at ease and talked me through the process.
I was able to relax and laughed throughout my appointment.

I had to ask for information which his PA provided because he wasn’t even looking at me. The consultation I had waited three months for lasted no more than 90 seconds. By the way I saw him walk into his office carrying two rolls of toilet paper in the same coat he was wearing on examination. Bizarre.

If you can avoid going to this clinic please do so. The staff were incredibly rude and very unprofessional, also as a side note the location of this clinic in Berkshire was not sign posted so it was very confusing trying to find the place. When I did eventually find this clinic I was greeted and very rudely by a lone female with a laptop in the reception area of another building.
