After years of appalling care and bad feedback to their follow-up texts, I get directed to leave a Trust pilot review. Wow, like a forum of people who have also received poorly managed, disjointed and soul destroying 'care'. I am seriously considering asking to be referred to my vet as they have sorted skin issues with past rescue dogs efficiently and with humanity.

Impossible to find address of appointment on your website. Had to phone for address and the waiting time is ridiculously long.
The actual appointment was on time and very helpful. They were polite and professional.

Very pleased with the Staffordshire health harmony dermatologist.. I had a lady doctor and she was very informative and placed a plan of action for me. My only problem was it was an hour journey away from me so a two hour round trip which is ridiculous.

No face to face appointment offered or physical examination. Blood forms should have been sent, which despite chasing still have not arrived 2 months after telephone consultation. Cannot get through on phone lines, horrendous service.

I have had several appointments with this company regarding skin issues and I am always amazed at how friendly and professional the staff are coupled with the fact that on every visit I have been seen on time if not earlier
This company should be used as a template for the NHS which would give us far greater service and save the country billions

Appointment with Dr Sharara in Hednesford. Went in on time. Reception & nursing staff were all very friendly. Waiting room was clean, warm & comfortable.
Dr Sharara was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She listened to what I had to say. I was very pleased & surprised after reading some of the reviews

My son was given an incorrect prescription missing medication, when we called we were told that they will email the clinician then get back to us. This back and forth continued for a whole month with me repeatedly being told we will call u back. When he ran out of medication we tried to make an appointment only to be told there are none available and that they will put us on a waiting list and call us back. My sons last appointment with a doctor was november with no medication since December. We are still without an appointment and it is now February and had no call back from. This means he will now probably have to restart the whole treatment. Absolutely shocking service if I could of give 0 stars I would.

The consultant was the most obnoxious, rude, condescending professional I have ever encountered. I was made to feel completely undermined, my issues not important and he continually smirked and rolled eyes when I was speaking. One of the nurses faces was shock behind him at this but nothing was said. When my partner asked him a question he acted completely differently with him, presumably as he was a male.
As a Principal Manager in social care I do not expect to experience this from our health sector who we work closely with.
I have recorded his name and will also be contacting the GMC.
More disappointing is the 2 nursing staff in there, 1 who was shadowing clearly showed on their faces that it was not acceptable yet did nothing. Therefore they are condoning this behaviour.

Your customer service is absolutely horrendous. Tried phoning numerous times, 35-50 minutes on hold then when I finally get through I either get cut off straight away or someone answers then puts me on hold again and then it cuts off. Emailed numerous times over the course of weeks and not one reply, I would give you minus 10 stars if I could.
