We ordered via the website which was quick easy and straightforward, there’s plenty of information and help if needed we were kept well informed by email from the order receipt to dispatch and the day the parcel would be arriving, the bike arrived via delivery truck within a few days, the delivery guy was very friendly and helpful taking care while carrying the package to the door, the bike/parts were well packaged, the information within the package was very helpful you receive a material envelope /bag with all the booklets inside plus a black pulley bag extra, the bike it self is a fab design clean lines hidden brake wires so nice and tidy and protected, my son is over the moon and has not been off it it’s give him a senses of freedom he can go on long rides, what else can I say if your debating wether to purchase or not don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed with leisure lakes or the bike 👍🏻

Simple process

Unfortunately the bike had some paint damage when received by Dave Hall at Leisure Lakes Southport. He sent me photos of the damage. Dave was very reasonable and gave me several options. I decided to wait for a new bike to be delivered. Ben Tyrrell at LL kept me in the picture while I was waiting and the replacement bike arrived quickly. I'm really pleased with it and their service response.

Good communication, prompt delivery

I ordered a full face helmet that turned out to be too small. It was exchanged and then resent within 48hrs. Love the helmet and can not fault my experience with them.

Bike arrived for collection on time and staff went out of their way to help sort out a correct pannier rack, which was not as straightforward a process as it should have been. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great online selection of quality components/kit with detailed descriptions so you can be sure you have the right item. Delivery reliable and well communicated. Reasonable prices.

Good service, need to maybe update website a bit more often on stock changes but dealt with well and quick and useful responses.

Goggles and gloves arrived on time and were of a good fit and satisfactory quality. Bit pricey, but for known makes they were reasonable.
