I had an amazing experience at the perfume shop, all thanks to Zara. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect scent. She was so warm and friendly, and I left feeling truly delighted. I highly recommend asking for Zara if you visit!

My order process was quick. The despatch was quick and the price was great. However…
The star rating is because the courier you use (Royal Mail) are shocking. The order was sent the day after I placed it however 5 days later I am still waiting for the parcel due to Royal Mail’s lack of delivery abilities. It’s a shame a because everything else was a five star service!
