We originally bought a bike from Halfords because my daughter loved the look of it, it was a unicorn/fairy-style bike that she absolutely adored! Unfortunately, it was far too heavy for her and because of this it was too difficult for her to ride. We’re so glad we had Anthony from the Cardiff store to help us this time. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and advised us on a much more suitable lightweight bike for her. It’s lovely to see someone who genuinely takes pride in his work and has such a great knowledge of the bikes he’s selling.Thank you, Anthony!

The lovely lady, Maria Abby was very helpful in finding me the right shoe for the job, I was going for a boot, however when I pointed out that I tend to dance down the street when on my own, she pointed to a pair of trainer style that would be more flexible when on the move. Very happy 😁

I visited Go Outdoors Poole today to look for a hillwalking raincoat, a pair of good quality boots, and a rucksack. I was able to buy all three items and was served by several helpful and knowledgeable staff members. I was particularly pleased that Quinn was able to find me a suitable raincoat, and that Wiktor sorted out our store membership.

Well what can I say walked in the store with an hour to go and the way I was greeted was like I was the first customer of the morning. The manager and staff were so welcoming and helpful, fully recommend the store and the staff amazing, they made me feel valued and nothing was too much trouble. Great advice as well to ensure I made the right purchase for my needs. Very knowledgeable.

Terrible service ordered products that are in every store. Opted for click and collect GO cancelled order without giving reason. Waste of time

I brought in a multitool with a missing part. Vicky dealt with the issue very well. She offered an alternative unit which also turned out to be defective. She then used her initiative to find a solution that we could both accept. Throughout I was dealt with politely and respectfully. Well done Vicky!

The windbreak I have struggled to buy through 3 different orders is actually Useless As the ground spikes are not only way too small but Not strong enough to go into the ground and hold a “Windbreak”!
By virtue of the job it’s not adequate and I will be returning it!!
Shame as matches the tent!!

My husband initially rang the store and Matt answered the phone. After questioning him on a few different issues. I was more than happy to come to the store from Filey and have our air porch refunded. Once that was done he was happy to help further as we purchased a new tent. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Steve was polite and knowledgeable about the Merrill shoes that I was interested in. He helped choose the correct fit and made sure everything was fine. He explained about the Members club and helped save £25 on my purchase.

Amy was so patient and helpful when I bought my riding gear today. She offered great advice and thoughtful suggestions, making the whole experience a pleasure. Fantastic service.

A clean well organised store with great products and prices to suit all pockets.
I really wanted to write this review as Freddie at the Ilkley store helped my adult son and me when we were looking for the ideal footwear to suit our needs. His product knowledge was very impressive and he knew the kind of fit that each brand offered. An extremely helpful and very pleasant young man who clearly enjoys his work whilst dealing with the general public. He was approachable, friendly, patient and professional.
A true star and a member of staff to be valued and appreciated.
