Molli at Blackburn branch actually went out of her way to help me. To find a product that was my size as im 6 foot 3 its hard to find my size molli checked the product and also gave me the stores names and addresses where I can pick it up my phone battery ran out she called up and had the item put to one side for me her personality and the way her customer service was actually 10/10 amazing person went above and over.

Good quality products, at affordable prices. Just have to hope you don’t need customer services or help with a lost parcel as they are completely unhelpful.

Having searched for sometime for a particular item with no success, I visited the Worcester branch of Go Outdoors. I was assisted by a very helpful sales person (Nicola) who went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted. All credit to the store and their team.

Jane was splendid on the till, and cheapest place to by product I was looking for

Very helpful staff Liv & Shirley tried to find a brand & product that worked for me. The Brasher cargo pants would have been ideal if the cut & size were closer to what I need. I'll look online to pick another brand/product for click & collect at the store.

Came to go outdoors to buy an air tent. Me and my partner wasn't quite sure wich one would suit our needs. But maxine answered all our questions and gave us some very good suggestions, was very happy with her help and input. Olso Sue on the till was olso very helpful and efficient. Thanks very much

You failed to acknowledge a single dumbell was delivered when you sell as a pair.
Nobody contacted me from submitting an online form about half delivery.
I had to ring to discuss and it was the store at York rd Leeds (they were awesome) that sorted it, but I am out of pocket, due to having to drive to store to return the single dumbell and travell to Pudsey store to purchase the replacement pair, all of which is caused by half delivery.

Fantastic service from Emma (I think!) Just resubscribed my membership and.took some time to come through to the till...patience and the manager helped in getting my discount! Hoorah. A great experience, much better than the one in Huddersfield!!

What is the point of having a store in Belfast who advise to order item online only to order the item & once address is added it does NOT POST TO BELFAST OR CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE...BUT I CAN GO TO AYR IN SCOTLAND FOR IT...customer service 30mins wait & then around in circles as no one knows why item can't be posted....asked to speak with management & still waiting 3weeks on...yet a truck can arrive with deliveries of large products but not a shoe box...🤬
