Very professional team. we moved from Australia to India and were initially nervous on how things would go with OSS. However, as promised by their team, they kept us in the loop from day 1 and the whole process was handled smoothly. Highly recommend the OSS team - they are specialists in international relocation.

OSS was our Australian partner from our recent relocation from the UK to Sydney. I have nothing but good things to say about the team that worked with us. Anu was very good about keeping us up to date with our container when it arrived in Australia, and was quick to respond to emails and queries. The team on the day of delivery, Sunny, Daryl and Carlos were fantastic on the day, got the container unloaded in a morning, and helped with getting the boxes unpacked and took away the packaging material.

OSS are 5 star to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a high quality moving company for the most competitive costing.
We recently moved our family of 5 from Auckland to Brisbane. OSS were the most competitive price as well as being highly efficient and amazing communication.
The packers they sent to our Auckland home were of the highest quality. Our container of household goods was moved to Brisbane in record time. The agent in Brisbane was professional and efficient and had our container off the port and through customs/bio security very quickly.
The container arrived to our house in Brisbane with a team of very professional movers and it was unpacked and in our home in the most considerate and respectful way.
Thank you OSS for making a stressful move into something quite easy, we very much appreciate you all.

Beware the high power sails spiel and non refundable deposit. We were missed about peak period costs and found a cheaper quote that gave more flexibility. So cancelled 4 months from packing date. And OSS are refusing to refund any of our deposit.

A 5-star experience for our family with OSS worldwide and Welti‑Furrer AG partners. We moved from Switzerland to Australia and every box was delivered to perfection. The updates from both teams were timely. We will use OSS / Welti‑Furrer AG partners again if we ever return to Switzerland and I know our belongings will arrive safe and sound even after a few months of land/water travel.

We moved from Hong Kong to Sydney and all of the boxes were delivered in excellent condition. Gratitude to our move management team lead Amy. Our communication was clear and professional. And Amy will keep us up to date on the status such as custom clearance, biosecurity examination etc. With no doubt that we will recommend OSS to anyone relocating internationally.

I plan a big move 2025 Australia to United Kingdom, if all goes well with this shipment I will be using OSS again, but I will be requesting the same Removals Daniel & Arron they were very professional & handled the packing professionally.

We were generally underwhelmed by our experience with OSS.

1. Cost: We had an in-home quote, after which we trimmed down to reduce volume, incl. children’s play kitchen and entire cupboard worth of linen as well as tools etc. Despite reduction efforts, the final cost and volume was exactly the same as our original quotation, despite their guarantee that they would only charge for final collected volume. 
We also felt little effort had been made by packers to minimise volume (examples incl. entire boxes for empty wooden cube shelves, massive TV box for 2 small heaters).


2. Time: 5.5 months door-to-door, more than two months in Melbourne waiting to be shipped. At one stage we were told it was due to leave at the beginning of May, and when we followed up after that date we were told it would be yet another 5 weeks before departure. They make no promises but should be more transparent with estimates. It took 24 weeks, double the 9-13 estimate. 


3. Carelessness packing: Non-removable castor wheels were snapped off two heaters to fit them in (oversized) box. Dresses packed in the bottom of a clothing box with random photo frames, candles, wooden boxes thrown on top. Leather hand bags folded and squashed, picture frames misshapen, and books bent with spines warped, covers folded over. All only evident after arrival as of course we obviously didn’t supervise packing. A large frame individually packed also broke (these things are bound to happen) but it left us further out of pocket as not worth insurance claim.

On the positive side, we found response and communication was always good and the kitchen items were really well packed - 0 breakages with a lot of small fragile items.

We used OSS to ship our furniture from New York to Melbourne. They handled the move with absolute competence and professionalism. The furniture arrived in excellent condition. The special part of our relationship with OSS was Gabby, our Move Manager based in Brisbane. There were many times I was extremely concerned about the furniture arriving safely, as there were difficulties with strikes and delays at the Port. Gabby was in constant contact with me, keeping me up-to-date on the entire process and reassuring me that things were well-in-hand. And they were. I would recommend this Shipping company to anyone making an international move.

An OUTSTANDING end-to-end experience for us! We moved from Australia to Switzerland and every single item was packed and delivered to perfection. The communication from both teams was clear, up-to-date, personable, and highly professional. We will use OSS again if we ever return to Oz and know our belongings will arrive safe and sound.

I recently had OSS pack and ship some items from Australia to the USA, as I'm moving there soon.
From the beginning, I found the company to be very helpful and practical. I got a quote from them very quickly, and they explained that since I wasn't moving large items like furniture, I could ship 1 cubic metre as part of a larger consignment, which saved me a lot of money.
I was assigned a representative, Candice Guilesser, who could easily be contacted by phone or email. If I had to leave a message, Candice would always get right back to me, but mostly she answered the phone.
On packing day, a lively man called Shane came to my house and packed everything for me. He could not have been more helpful!
The company is excellent, and I would use them again in the future, if I ever wanted to ship thing overseas.

The entire team have been extremely helpful and approachable at all times. From the moment of consultation with the sales manager Craig and working with Gabbie who was the move manager, everything was explained so clearly and no question was too hard. The move crew on the day of pack up were phenomenal! Friendly, careful, respectful and efficient when packing up our entire home. Thank you OSS for a seamless and wonderful first experience.

Both Cory and Ben, just like when they packed my possessions previously were absolutely nothing short of amazing and fantastic to deal with. Nothing was any issue for them to sort out and OSS are extremely professional and an excellent company to deal with.

The team came to our house in Sydney and packed everything up for us. I can't fault them. It was quick, professional, and they took care of all our belongings. Everything then arrived in UK as expected. No problems. Communication with the OSS team was always excellent. I'd definitely use them again.

I was having trouble with my move and OSS stepped in and took over the shipment, & packing. when my things arrived in the US from Australia, everything was packed so well that nothing was broken. Furniture was completely wrapped!
I did have communication problems with the US delivery agent and OSS handled that professionally as well.
Any move is tough, I have shipped 3x and this move with OSS was the best. Easy to follow, lots of updates.
