A clean well organised store with great products and prices to suit all pockets.
I really wanted to write this review as Freddie at the Ilkley store helped my adult son and me when we were looking for the ideal footwear to suit our needs. His product knowledge was very impressive and he knew the kind of fit that each brand offered. An extremely helpful and very pleasant young man who clearly enjoys his work whilst dealing with the general public. He was approachable, friendly, patient and professional.
A true star and a member of staff to be valued and appreciated.

Visited to purchase a pair of walking shoes, had several in mind. Was helped by Arianna. She was brilliant engaging smiley and very helpful, think she brought 7 or 8 options in different sizes until I finally made up my mind. The Merrell Accentors seem to be perfect.

Ordered item to collect from store online, item was damaged due to lack of packaging and returned for refund. Seems like this is a regular occurrence as the store staff member knew the return reason before I had even said what the issue was.

2 items, 1 delivered correctly to address, other parcel someone elses order. Customer service asked me to return via Evri at the post office. No collection from my home address, new company policy and upto me to reorder my missing order, as if it was my mistake. Won't be reordering or using home delivery again. If it can't be delivered to my store for collection...I wont be bothering

Had to make a bit of an emergency stop over to get husbands hydraulic bike brake fixed at go outdoors cycle section in Bury

From the moment we met Tom the technician he gave us a verbal quote and then promptly got on with fixing the brake despite any outstanding work schedule he may already have to do. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was full of advice on other matters too.
He told us it would be about an hour and true to his word it was done under the hour he then assisted in transporting the bikes back to ground floor level and ensured we received a discount for being members and part of caravan and camping club. What an outstanding service we had from him. Thank you Tom you made our day

Went in to get my son a fishing rod and Tom was so helpful. We had no idea what we needed and would have really struggled without him. He took his time to show us the best options for my boy and then helped us find all the additional bits we would need to get started. Would have been lost without him.

Mariam was so helpful in the Brislington store. Really recommend going to the store for footwear and her help made me buy more than I intended as the sandals were reduced a lot.

When shopping today the young lady called Nana served us. She was very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble and she actually saved us 10% discount by explaining we qualified as Caravan Club members. It was really to experience good customer service, the store should be proud of Nana

Really disappointed with the customer service I received. I was looking to buy a pair of walking shoes and simply asked if I could have a particular size. The attitude I received made me feel as though I was asking the staff member to buy the shoes for me!
