It was nice to see a large number of assistance available and all very helpful and liberal with their time in explaining ing and dealing with the sale.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
We were greeted at the door and told if we needed help we just had to ask. I was very impressed with Chloe at the Durham store as she offered advice and understood my hesitation on choosing the correct units and she was very informed on the products. We visited on a second day and yet again she was very understanding and helped me to secure my purchase giving advice and guidance as I find it hard to decide when given a wide range of choices.
She is a asset to the store and I am looking forward to recieving my new 3 piece when it is ready to be delivered.
