Kieran and Simon, were friendly, polite and very good. They informed us of times they were due and put the settees together very efficiently and made sure everything worked and was okay before leaving.

The 2 delivery drivers were exceptional could not do enough to help make sure our suite was delivered & built perfectly can’t thank them enough

Very efficient service from the delivery men. Gave updates on expected arrival time. Very careful about our property not wanting to cause any damage or problems. Very efficient on installation and assembly of the new sofas and chair. Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery of suite from Italy. Shop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering

Julia was so kind, friendly and humorous while remaining professional and classy, that it was choosing an accent chair. Julia immediately matched my energy and vision of what I wanted. The guy on shift with her that day paid neither of us any attention, no word, nothing, but at least he let us get on and have our moment. I'd have Julia work for me if I could, she is a kindred spirit!

Good experienced sales staff. Giving us time to make decisions without being too pushy. I Was able to delay delivery without problem, and given several options for a new delivery date. Delivery guys were excellent. No mess all boxes and wrapping taken away, sofas put together quickly. I was given a time of arrival and a phone call 20 mins before arrival . Could not ask for a better service.

The customer service has been virtually non-existent. They advertise a 14-day delivery time, yet I’m still waiting for my furniture.

Every update has come from me chasing the store, and each time I’ve only been fobbed off with excuses rather than being given any meaningful information or a resolution. A very disappointing experience.

Great. Delivery was seamless. Got delivery date one week before night before got time slot beteeen 7am-12. Was given one hour slot in the morning of delivery crew phoned 10 minutes before they arrived. There was also a link to check where crew were. Guys were great polite and courteous. Very happy with our purchase ftom start to finish

Purchased a new sofa from the Clydebank store in June with a delivery estimate of mid August. Sales process was perfect for me. I wasn't followed around the store by sales people and the salesperson was very helpful when needed. The sofa arrived yesterday, a few weeks early, which I was delighted with. Delivery experience was fantastic, with good communication and delivery tracking service on the day of delivery. The delivery drivers were excellent too, very attentive and helpful. New sofa is extremely comfortable and everyone has commented on how lovely it is. Would definitely recommend.
