Sofa is beautiful and well made ,we only had it delivered yesterday but so far so good .big shout out for the delivery guys Ronnie and Ronnie ,exceptional service and very polite and helpful 10/10

My sofas came at the time I was given and the two men who brought them were very good new what they were doing I give them 10/10 Thank you we are very pleased with our new sofas

3 seater was in two sections. Not put together properly and had to get our son round to join them up. Too heavy for us to do it

Sales person was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Delivered on time in fact a couple of weeks earlier than expected,the delivery crew were very friendly and efficient.placed the sofas were I wanted them took away all packaging,sofas are lovely and comfortable I’m very pleased with them.Top marks all round excellent service from Poltronisofas I would highly recommend.

The lady was very helpful, located for us the chair we wanted.The other colleague helped us, too, with completing the paperwork for the loan.

What a great store, the sofas were amazing and so was the customer service, there was no pressure to sell and good advise was given from the staff member ( sorry can't remember his name but he was from the Rotherham store and had been there since the store opened there.)
We had a great time and decided on a sofa which we thought would work best for us. Can't wait for it to be delivered😃

We have just received our two sofas and they are very comfortable. The delivery men were great and took everything away, leaving no mess.

Finally received my leather sofas after a long wait and was very disappointed when they was unwrapped and put in my living room. Straight away I noticed baggy leather which looked like it was short of filling in two areas and plenty of creasing where it looked like it had been stretched the wrong way. I immediately complained to the company twice and received a call today a week later. I was told about seats being hard, which was not an issue, and that I needed to “thump” the lose area every night for two weeks and then every couple of days for 8-10 weeks so it can fill up. I said that I would have a bruised hand doing this and found it unbelievable that this is what you are expected to do. I informed her that the sales staff should tell you this before you purchase the sofas as I certainly would not have bought them. All she said was that it was in the terms and conditions. I also informed her that when the sofas were delivered they were pulled across the floor after the packaging had been taken off which is totally unsatisfactory as these sofas are not cheap. I expected more from this company and would not recommend on the experience I have had with them.

Everything is fine except that wa were only left with one charge cable for two chairs.

Our whole fabulous experience is purely down to the most incredible customer service from your staff member, Christine. From the moment she approached us in the store, she exuded an incredible warmth and friendliness, without applying any pressure. Her depth of knowledge on all of your products was phenomenal- very impressive indeed. She carried us right through to completing the sale and could not have been more helpful if she tried. She was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed to helping us find a product that worked for us. Her manner was slightly unique, but it absolutely worked. Christine is an absolute asset to your organisation and we would probably have left the store without buying anything, if she hadn't approached us and been so genuinely fabulous. I was told that they would deliver my sofa tomorrow then I got a message saying the 20/ 08 26 I’ll be at work I asked for a Friday or Saturday

Lovely furniture and the men were great thank you very much.

We had a very nice young salesman name of Conlan,at Mansfield Retail Park.He was very smart,extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Manager Richard is also very pleasant too.When Conlan asked a blond lady assistant if I could borrow a sample of the suite we’d chosen ,she refused,complete ignored me on the way to to till ,which l thought was very rude.I was only going 500 yards to choose a carpet .The carpet manager walked down to your store ,to look at the suite we’d chosen ,to try and match a carpet.

Accommodating but only after I refused to make a second phone call. Delivery drivers were an excellent team.

The new sofa is good quality and really comfortable and the crew who delivered it were friendly, fast and very efficient

Your staff member Raymond was polite, helpful and not pushy at all, very good service.
