No messing around here. Ordered at an excellent price, kept notified. Delivery was arranged quickly. Day before the delivery was due, I was text a time window which was followed up by a call on the delivery day informing me of the precise time I'd be in receipt of my goods. Fellas who delivered were polite and courteous. Couldn't ask for better service and they'll definitely be my port of call whenever I need any AV equipment in future. Top notch.

Order was placed late on a Friday afternoon and I was very impressed by being told it was out for delivery on the Monday. Unfortunately the courier couldn't find the address (not an easy task), however, Richer Sounds were in contact very quickly and took further details and a map. Delivery was successfully made the next day.
Full marks to Richer Sounds for customer service.

Shop/demo of kit was great, staff at Cheltenham very helpful.
Only letdown (which I don’t hold Richersounds directly responsible for) was my amp delivery arrived a day late when I had taken time out to be available on the arranged delivery date (FedEx were the issue- Leak use them it seems, to courier their goods)

Efficient, friendly service inc necessary home visit, great price, even greater product.

Only minus: we were assured the sound bar would fit on our TV table but it doesn’t. But TV and Manhattan box are bliss!

Excellent service easy to setup TV

All of the staff were very professional and knowledgable. When I had problems setting up my cd radio unit I popped back into the store with it and they had me up and running in no time. Full marks!
